What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How can I start a return?

To initiate a return, simply log into your customer portal and select the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the instructions provided to complete the return request.

What is the cost of returning an item?

The cost of returning an item in the UAE is 30 AED and for international returns 100 AED, unless the product is defective or you received an incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Are shipping costs refundable?

No, the shipping cost of the original order is non-refundable.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Can I return personal care goods or items on sale?

We do not accept returns for personal care goods, such as skincare products. Additionally, sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What if more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved?
